Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to track progress.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and paid travel where applicable. This role provides pathway to full-time expansion as caseloads grow and is ideal for someone dedicated to ABA and family

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• ,
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• ,
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.
• ,
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• ,
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transfer between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
