Job summary

The Treetop, based in Utah, seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home and clinic ABA therapy. Roles include delivering one-on-one interventions, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBA supervision. Part-time and full-time options are available, with paid training and DailyPay benefits.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $30 per hour, with full benefits for 30+ hours, ongoing ABA training, and opportunities for career growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 40-hour RBT training completed is required.
• Active RBT certification preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Passion for clinical ABA and improving lives of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one evidence-based interventions.
• Collect and record client data to measure progress.
• Assist in Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain BACB guidelines and professional ethics.
• Foster a safe, engaging learning environment for clients.
