Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through in-home and clinic ABA sessions. You will implement individualized therapy plans developed by a BCBA and work one-on-one with clients to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

This role offers a range of schedules (part-time and full-time), competitive pay ($20–$27/hr), paid training, and comprehensive benefits with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 40-hour RBT training completed.
• Active RBT certification preferred or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Passion for working in a clinical ABA setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress.
• Assist in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain BACB ethics and professional standards.
