Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support children in home, school, or community settings. The role involves implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence, and collecting data to track progress.

The position is part-time with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required where applicable, with competitive pay and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
