Job summary

PBS Corp. (Positive Behavior Supports Corporation) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings.

This part-time role offers growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and hands-on training to build your ABA career. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect and review progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
