Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing plans designed by a BCBA, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families.

The position offers part-time hours with potential for full-time growth as caseloads expand, plus mentorship and professional development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
