Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA, track progress, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA with company support. Part-time positions with pathways to full-time are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development
