Qualifications

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients.
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and caregivers to foster a learning culture.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment.
