Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children and young adults across Cleveland-area service sites. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans, reinforce learned skills, and help improve communication and daily living abilities.

A background in ABA and compassionate, patient communication are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children and young adults.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support and reinforce skills learned by clients.
