Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

You’ll provide ABA therapy one-to-one, collect session data, and follow treatment plans while enjoying flexible scheduling, strong supervision, and competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour. Must have active RBT certification and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
