Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in South Carolina to make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role offers the opportunity to transition into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

RBTs will work closely with children, implementing ABA treatment plans, and receive mentorship and training, fostering growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in educational or therapeutic settings is desired.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Active RBT Certification

Engagement with clients

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education
