Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Experience in childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.

Skills

Experience working with children in ABA therapy

Ability to engage actively with clients

Reliable transportation

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education
