Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy in Stockbridge, GA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and other settings. The schedule highlights evenings from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with weekday-only cases and no weekend work.

Pay ranges between $20 and $25 per hour, plus $2 shift differential after 5 pm, plus extensive benefits and growth opportunities. Requirements include 40-hour RBT training and valid certification.

Qualifications

• 40-hour RBT training completed and ready to apply ABA content.
• Valid RBT certification required.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficient in data collection and documenting sessions.
• Comfort working in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions and write detailed notes documenting progress.
