Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings around Hampton, GA.

You will conduct sessions, collect data, and write detailed notes to track progress while enjoying a supportive culture with competitive pay ($20–$25/hr base plus $2/hr evening differential) and extensive benefits. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 8:00 pm–12:00 pm in-daycare settings.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus

Responsibilities
