Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow your ABA career in a collaborative team setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have at least 3 months of ABA experience, and demonstrate strong communication, dependability, and compassion while engaging with children during sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
