Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our clients with autism in home and community settings across Iowa. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, follow care plans, and help clients achieve their goals.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification and a high school diploma, with a passion for making a difference. Positions start as part-time with flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
