Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking licensed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in Iowa communities. Positions are part-time and involve delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, under supervision.

You’ll record session data, help build independence, and collaborate with a clinical team. Paid training is provided; same-day pay is available to eligible staff, with flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• No experience? Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
