Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings in Iowa. This role emphasizes independence, positive behavior support, and collaboration with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
