Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team and provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will use evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Under supervision, implement skill-building and care plans, record session data, and collaborate with families to reinforce progress. Paid training is provided; part-time positions with flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
