Job summary

Heartland ABA is looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior, and you will be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.

This role offers part-time work with flexible scheduling, a 6-month commitment, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference in the lives of children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
