SkyCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work in homes, schools, and clinics, employing evidence-based methods like DTT and NET to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Must be RBT certified or actively pursuing certification.
• Experience with children and ASD.
• Able to participate in active play and therapy activities.
• Background check required and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
