Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children and ASD a must.
• Physical ability to participate in active play and therapy.
• Background check clearance required; reliable transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency
