Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services with children in home, school, and community settings across Indiana. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and collect accurate data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and monitor progress.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training.
