Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Travel locally, with opportunities to grow into a full-time role as caseloads expand. Attractive benefits and paid time off for eligible staff are included.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
