Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team. As an RBT, you will receive ongoing mentorship and hands-on training, implementing ABA treatment plans. Ideal candidates have RBT certification and experience working with children, and they thrive in a supportive environment with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or psychology.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
