As an RBT, you will receive mentorship and support while implementing ABA treatment plans, working closely with children in various settings. You must hold an active RBT certification and have experience in ABA therapy or related fields.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or psychology.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
