Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families to promote client success. The ideal candidate will possess an RBT certification and experience in ABA or related fields.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in childcare, education, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
