Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to improve the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role offers ongoing mentorship and training while allowing for a work-life balance through flexible scheduling.

As an RBT, you will work closely with children, implementing ABA-based treatment plans and collaborating with families. The position includes competitive pay, a quarterly bonus, and the potential for career growth into a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
