Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to improve the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. In this role, you will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans and collaborating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is mandatory.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or psychology is required.
• Ability to engage physically and lift up to 50 lbs is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and professional development.
