Job summary

Little Acorn ABA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families. You will work in clients' homes, schools, and community settings, providing 1:1 therapy and collecting data.

We offer 21–26 USD hourly, a 100 USD sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Join a supportive team focused on meaningful progress for children.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
