Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and recording progress data.

This part-time role offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, travel locally, and a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow, with annual raises, quarterly bonuses, paid time off, and a supportive team that helps you advance to BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
