Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

This part-time role offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, and travel to client sites, with a path to full-time as caseloads expand and performance warrants. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
