Job summary

Easterseals Hawaii is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. You will collaborate with families and a team of ABA professionals to craft individualized learning experiences that promote growth and milestones.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Recent experience working with children with ASD.
• RBT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements in clinic, home, and community-based intervention for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum under supervision.
• Delivers efficient and effective service across performance areas.
• Completes documentation within required timeframes.
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and other requested meetings.
• May be assigned additional duties by Supervisors/Management.
