Job summary

Easterseals Hawaii is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in clinic, home, and community settings. You will implement individualized ABA-based interventions and document progress under supervision, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has experience with ASD, strong communication skills, and a commitment to equity and belonging.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children with ASD and developmental disabilities preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinic, home, and community-based ABA interventions under supervision.
• Document sessions and progress within required timeframes.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel to multiple work sites; reliable transportation required.
