Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings across Iowa. You will implement skill-building plans, record session data, and collaborate with a compassionate clinical team to help children achieve their goals.

This part-time role includes paid training, flexible scheduling, Same Day Pay, and opportunities for professional growth through BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
