Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes or community settings in Iowa. This role emphasizes compassionate care, patience, and strong collaboration with families to support each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
