Job summary

Majestic Care ABA in Griffith, Indiana is looking for dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our growing team. The role involves charting and collecting data on the improvement of children, implementing ABA techniques, and maintaining effective communication with families.

Preferred qualifications include working towards a degree in Psychology or Special Education, along with completion of a 40-hour RBT training course. We also offer training for the Registered Behavior Technician Certificate if you're not currently registered.

Qualifications

• Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course required.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Chart and collect ABA and skill data on the child's improvement.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques during sessions.
