Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians in Merrillville, Indiana, to provide behavioral support to children. Candidates should ideally be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and complete a 40-hour RBT training course. Qualifications

• Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience working directly with children within a behavioral format preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Charting and collecting ABA and skill data on the child’s improvement.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques during sessions.
• Follow programming objectives and treatment plans.
