Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through applied behavior analysis-based interventions. You will implement behavior management techniques, contribute to care plans, and provide direct patient care in a collaborative, family-centered setting.

Prior experience with ASD or developmental disabilities is valued, along with a valid driver's license and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and completion of a 40-hour course required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Document progress and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
