Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland team. You will provide behavioral health services to children with ASD and developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based strategies and directly assisting with daily activities under supervision.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification, a valid driver's license where required, and strong communication skills to collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required and driving license may be needed where applicable.
• Experience with individuals with autism and data collection.
• Strong communication with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and HIPAA compliance.
