Job summary

iCare Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy and support children in their daily routines. You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and help families reinforce skills outside sessions.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification required.
Education: high school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
Experience with ABA services or children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or community under BCBA supervision.
Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity and empathy.
Help care recipients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Collect and record session data using an electronic system (CentralReach/Rethink).
Communicate progress with supervising BCBA and caregivers.
