Job summary

ABC Group Hawaii is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with ASD, implementing tailored behavior plans and supporting daily living skills. This is a hands-on role with data collection and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

New hires can access in-house RBT training at no cost, with mentorship and supervision, and a structured path from entry pay to higher wages based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass all required background checks.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Commit to at least one year with ABC Group Hawaii.
• Available Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–5:00 PM (8:30 AM–5:00 PM preferred).
• No previous childcare or behavioral experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized care plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Support clients with ADLs to foster independence.
• Accurately collect data and maintain documentation in line with HIPAA standards.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can thrive.
