The Board of Education of the Special Services School District of the County of Gloucester is seeking a Behavior Technician for Bankbridge Regional School. This full-time, 10-month position runs from 7:40 AM to 2:40 PM and offers a salary based on experience ($31,500 - $33,500). The role requires RBT certification and experience with students with behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children or students with behavioral needs and/or developmental disabilities.
• Meets the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) requirements for Title 1 paraprofessionals, if applicable.
• Criminal history background, proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status, physical examination and other required paperwork.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to follow direction, support crisis procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
