Your Role as a Graduate Student:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center‑based setting (ages 18 months–8 years).
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Track progress and collect data to support skill‑building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
- Assist BCBAs with caregiver training, clinical documentation, and data review.
- Participate in indirect supervision activities such as literature reviews, team meetings, and individualized programming.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, values‑based team rooted in patient‑first care and service from the heart.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active RBT certification.
- Experience working with children, ideally in early intervention or special education.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible, collaborative mindset.
