$19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on RBT Competency Exam/Experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a RBT Certified Graduate Student with at least 1 year of experience working with children with autism. The role centers on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting (ages 18 months–8 years), implementing individualized treatment plans and tracking progress under the supervision of a BCBA. RBT competency levels will be assessed upon hiring and reassessed every 6 months, providing opportunities for increased responsibilities and pay.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting (ages 18 months–8 years).
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Track progress and collect data to support skill‑building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
- Assist BCBAs with caregiver training, clinical documentation, and data review.
- Participate in indirect supervision activities such as literature reviews, team meetings, and individualized programming.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, patient‑first care team rooted in service from the heart.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active RBT Certification.
- Experience working with children, ideally in early intervention or special education.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible, collaborative mindset.
