Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a full-time, center-based role in Logan, Utah. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and engage children with autism to support learning and development.

You will collaborate with families, participate in team meetings, and access ongoing training. A strong commitment to ethics in behavior analysis and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB-approved 40-hour training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before start date.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively on a treatment team.
• On-site center-based work environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning.
• Communicate progress and strategies with families.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
