Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) in Denver to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. This full-time role involves center-based and home-based sessions, with structured training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities through an RBT career path.

You will work under on-site BCBA guidance, participate in ongoing professional development, and join a collaborative team that values compassion, teamwork, and consistent scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
