Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking dedicated RBTs and BTs to join our growing team in New Castle, DE. You’ll deliver high-quality ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics under BCBA supervision and help clients develop communication and daily living skills.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence. Starting pay varies by role, with RBT at $23.50/hr and BT at $21.25/hr, final compensation based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
