Job summary

Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC is seeking a reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This part-time, afternoon role offers consistent hours, Monday-Friday from 3pm-8pm, with in-person visits in Weatherford.

You will work under BCBA supervision, deliver 1:1 therapy, collect data, and support skill acquisition across communication, social, and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background and employment eligibility requirements.
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and communication skills.
• Comfortable providing in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement behavior and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and contribute to clinical decision-making.
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Support behavior reduction strategies with professionalism and consistency.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and caregivers to promote generalization.
• Complete timely, objective session documentation aligned with clinical standards.
