Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Part-time positions and same-day pay are available, with paid training and a supportive clinical team.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving outcomes for children with Autism; RBT certification is required before working. A 6-month commitment is preferred to help make lasting differences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
